we bought a used car at a pay here buy her store and everything is going wrong with it can i return it with my money back that we put down?

Generally, the terms of the deal is AS IS with no warranty. If you have a warranty; review the warranty. Otherwise, it is a matter of negotiating with the seller. Sometimes goodwill and reputation are important to a used car lot.
In hindsight, you should always have a used car inspected by a certified mechanic or the dealer of the car make and model. A $75 inspection may have caught the problems before you purchased the car.
