Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Bought a car out of state and car is not same as described.
I bought a car from Florida and I live in NY. The dealer listed the car as having 74,000 miles and a 6 disc CD changer. When the car came a week later it had 194,000 more miles than as listed and there was no 6 disc cd changer. I have tried to contact the seller but he seems to be avoiding my calls. Is there anything I can do?

It is unfortunate that you got ripped off. Buying a car without seeing it is a prescription for fraud. You can sue the seller, but must decide if it is worth the cost and travel expenses. A letter from a lawyer may do it, but cannot be sure. Look at the paper work.
