Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I bought new car and traded in a car that I still owed money on. The contract was signed and I took delivery of new car 12 days ago. I am now being contacted by dealership stating the payoff amount on contract is not correct and they are requesting that I pay difference. Am I obligated to pay the difference or is what we signed off on and agreed to on the contract binding?

Would need to see the paper work, but seems like there was a deal, unless you mislead them.
