Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
i bought a new cell phone for an existing account with metropcs 3 days ago and i want to return or exchange it but they won't let me is there a law against that?

No. Florida has no three day right to recind a contract unless the contract was from an door to door or unsolicited contact (unasked for email). If you went to MetroPCS, you are bound by the contract.
