Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I bought a pack of bottled water as I do regularly. I took one bottle and used 3/4 of the water to make some lemonade. I closed the bottle and kept the remaining water for future use. I drank the lemonade. My fiance then went to get some water and picked up the one I had left and realized that there was some blue gelly like stuff at the bottom of the water bottle inside. I do not know what it is but I need to sue this company. Can I sue?

I see nothing in your post to indicate that were injured at all. You have no case without an injury. Why do you "need" to sue when you have no loss?
