Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
i bought a plastic container of gerber rice cereal. In the middle of the night i got up to feed my baby. I made the bottle in the dark and began to feed the baby. The bottle seemed to keep getting clogged so i turned the light on. there were bugs and not small ones. they were alive. my child ate that. i need legal action and dont know where to start

The first place to start is to determine whether your baby was injured in any respect. If he or she was not injured, then you really have nothing to do. Without an injury, there is no case.
