Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I bought a truck in 2000 with a 60 month loan and a payment book for 60 months. After paying off the loan without missing a payment. The bank said my loan was for 66 months and I have yet recieved my title. I hired a lawyer and the call stopped for a couple of years. What do I do at htis point. Ive called the bank and the first person I talk to after giving my loan account # say " you should have your title already" but when they tranfer me to the collection dept. they say I still oew the 6 months. when I ask to speak to their supervisor the say" He's too busy now" I don't know what to do??????????

What do the papers say on the loan? If you are right, see an attorney who handles unfair debt and unfair trade practice in your area. I handle such cases.
