Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Breach of contract
I had a buyers order from a car dealer to buy a car. When I went to pick it up, they said they had sold it and that the buyer-order means nothing. I want to sue for Breach of Contract. Please advise

Re: Breach of contract
Not sure what you mean by a buyer's order. Do you have a contract? If you do, then the terms of the contract would control. Why didn't they just find you another car. If you did not have a written contract, then your options are limited and you probably do not have a way to sue for breach of contract.
