Broken new computer that company won't fix!

Hello~I have a brand new computer, less than a year old, and it has been broken for the past 5 months. In that time it has been out to Compaq repair four times, and all times it has come back the same as I took it in. I have waisted many hours on the phone trying to make progress, as well as waisting time talking to their personel about it. I have been treated like I was at the bottom of the barrel by both Compaq, Comp USA, and Radio Shack....All Compaq authorised maintance centers. I have kept documentation of all so-called repairs, as well as personel that I have spoken to. I just want a working computer, and I want them to fix it. Please help!!

Without knowing the nature of your problem and the efforts made to repair, thereis little I can suggest. Perhaps, you may wish to sue them to recover your purchase price. If so, do it in small claims court.
