Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Bug in a can of peanut
I bought a peanut box at the supermarket and I found a dead grasshopper inside...!!!Enough to cut your appetite and to stop me to eat any more product from that company...I called them, they took my name, adress etc...today I received a coupon of $5.00 to apply on my next purchase of one of their product.
Can I get something more?
