Bugs in food at fast food resturaunt
What are my legal rights, if I am in a restaurant and I find bugs in my food? Can I sue? What are my rights?

What kind of proof do you have? Has it been documented? Did you complain at the manager at the time? What have they done or did they do in response to your complaint? The answer to this questions will tell you what your basic legal rights are.
