Bulk Faxing

I just started a little bussiness and would like to get it off the ground. Can I bulk fax in my local area (broward) without mojor hastle from the state. I know that I have to add a remove number on the bottom of the fax but, the laws change every day. If there is a law against this, can I get around it? If not how bad are the penalties?

There are a number of telecomunication laws that apply, as well as substantive disclosure laws depending on the purpose of the solicitation, and are too numerous to answer in this brief communication. I recommend retaining a lawyer and posing your question with all the facts.
