i need help
if i buy a used car in the dealer, and the car got broke after a week i can have my money back?

No -- not unless there is a warranty to cover such things, which there almost certainly is not.

Used articles do not follow implied warranty, but express warranty, if it is given by the seller. You cannot claim.
