buying a car from a dealership
can a dealership take a car back after all papers have been signed and car is registered and insured because i am not amployed. i have a cosigner

Most Contracts for the sale and purchase of a car are conditional upon obtaining the necessary financing. If your credit information provided proved to be false and the dealer could not obtain financing for your deal, they have the right to demand the car back.
