If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

The records belong to the Association. While I cannot cite a specific statute, a Community Association Manager or management company is required to turn over the records of the Association to the new manager within a thirty day period. A provision is generally contained in the Contract between the Association and the management company or manager.

Re: Cam

The records are not the managers. There is no statute to my knowledge, but she or he may not keep the redcords.
