right to cancel
if an agreement states ''the notice
shall state that you do not wish to be
bound by the contract & shall be
delivered or mailed before 12
midnight of the 3rd business day
after you sign this contract''. we
signed at 3pm sat 6/14. mailed from
the p.o. mon 9am via certified mail,
return receipt. is that within the 3
day period? they do open on
sundays. thak you

Re: right to cancel
Yes -- you have apropriately canceled the contracft. "business day" is typically thought of as Monday through Friday, regardless of whether they are open on Sunday or not.
