Is it possible to cancel a flooring order withing 2 hours of signing the conrract in Fl?

It depends on the terms of the contract that were entered into. Some contracts have built in recision provisions. There is no statewide law related to how long you have to cancel a typical contract. There are certain agreements that must give you a review period before they can be enforced. These usually deal more with the door-to-door sales contracts.
Additionally, you can always cancel an order. The question is whether you will be charged anything for the cancellation. With purchase of goods there may be a re-stocking fee or other adminstrative charges.
