Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
We had our car broken into and damaged at a movie theater parking lot. There is a security guard on duty but they claim there is nothing they can do about it. Wouldn't they have some sort of responsibiilty?

No, the movie theater probably does not have any liability for the damage.
