My new car

Re: My new car
New car is certainly not the correct reference. You certainly knew the car was used and you knew it had substantial milage which was not reflected on the odometer. Unless you can show real damages and establish you knew not of the suggested fraud there is little you can do. It appears to be a case of injury without damages or damages without injury..depending upon the interpretation of your statement.
