Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Car Buying

I'm a sailor and while on board ship away from home, my wife took my car in to be serviced due to a recall. The car is titled in my name only and she does not have a power of attorney. When I returned she had traded my car in and purchased a new one. She does not have a power of attorney. She was taken very badly by the dealership with an extremely high intrest rate, did receive the rebates she was intitled to, and got way less than the fair Kelly Blue Book price for the trade. I'm sure she was pressured by the salesperson. Do I have a case against this dealership? How do I proceed?

Re: Car Buying

She cannot sell your car and the dealership would have required some proof of ownership. You can get your car back, but you will need to contact the dealership immediately. Take your title. As for your wife's deal -- she may be stuck with that.
