Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I got a car 10 days ago, signed contracts, and took the car home. They said it was late.and yhe finance department would get ahold of us within a day or two to finalize the paperwork, get us our second key, and get our gas and detail. he explained that there would be no problem with the financing so we left happy, it has now been 10 days and I have contaced the dealership 4 times and recieved "we have not heard anything back yet, " the finance department is backed up", and my favorite was a text message "the finance department is still trying to work out your deal we will check back in a few days". How long can this go on before they are binded by the contract? we are in fl, it there a set timeframe?
