Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Used car deception
I recently purchased a truck from a reputable dealer. I was told that the truck had never been in an accident, however, it has. There is no report of the accident. Can I seek legal action? Is there a law that covers the deception of a dealer?

Fraud, Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, etc. Was it a sale or lease? Was it an "as is" deal? You can call me if you wish to discuss further.
