Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I have a car financed through a dealership. I have always paid on time and my account is up to date. I got a letter in the mail saying they have sold my account to another finance company. Is this legal?

Depends on the language in the contract, but the most likely answer is that this is fine. In fact this is pretty common.
