Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
car financing
I have purchaced a vehicle put a down payment on it but haven't payed on the vehicle in apprx. 1 month: the dealer did not run my credit but they finally have even though they do not run credit checks; but the found some information on my credit that isn't pleasing and informed me in a not so friendly letter that also states that I have been doing fraud and that they are filing for redelivery on on the car, my intentions is to bring the payments to current and remain paying on the car . Is there any way to get around this isssue and can you please tell me what kind of fraud that i have entered into because I am very unclear about this whole situation

Re: car financing
It is hard to comment without seing the letter, which should detail their concern. You should get your payments up to date; that is usually the best way to avoid repossession actions.
