Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
New car Hassle
My Fiance and I recentrly purchased a new car. But a week later the dealership said we didnt qualify for the loan that we had agreed on. We told them the only way we would purchase the car is if we could get that deal. But the catch is we had my grandmother co-sign. But they put us as co-signers and my Grandmother as primary buyer. She lives out of state and hasn't signed the papers yet. My question is can we still retuen the car and get our down payment back? WE have only had the car for 7 days. thanks

Re: New car Hassle
I advise you to hire local counsel to review the agreement, and communicate with the dealership on your behalf.
