my car
I have paid $14000 in payments on my car. I fell on hard times, and I owe $5500. they want to take my car. Is there anything I can do?

You can try to refinance and try to agree to a different payment plan. If you cannot make payments, though, you'll lose the car and still owe them for your loan. You'll get a credit for what the car is auctioned for, but that may not cover the entiree loan. Try to work it out. Don't ignore the problem.
