Hi, in a used car purchase no money has changed hands but a dealer contract has been signed. Can the buyer change his mind and walk away or is he compelled to go through with it? Thanks

Read the contract. Termination rights will be in the contract. Almost always, the answer is "no,' a "deal is a deal."
