I was pushed ito buying a car, the finance mgr told me shop around for a rate and if you get a better deal within 3 dys come back and we will redo the contract. Well I did get a substantically better rate and now they are telling me its a done deal and they cannot help me. Is there anything I can do, it been only 2dys since I drove the car out of the lot.

It depends on what your contract says. You cannot trust what soemone says a contract says; you must read the contract.

Look to see if there is a prepayment penalty. There probably is not. If that is the case, you can get the new loan, use it to pay off the first loan.

Once you buy a car, it is yours. There is no right to return the car once it leaves the lot. Car salesman often resort to puffing to make a deal. The only thing you can try to do now is to be able to refinance the loan for the purchase of your car at more favorable rates.
