Do you have the right to return a car purchase within a 72 hour period?

Read your contract. If there is a 3 day right of recission it should say in your contract. I could also do some research and know where it would be found if it exists in the State or Federal statutes. Should you desire additional help you may contact my offices at (305) 769-3000.
