Car rental
I am renting a car in Fl for a 2 month
vacation--name removed--I will be
with my 60 year
old brother--name removed--The
rental company
charges $10/day for a 2nd driver--
name removed--I
am not putting him as a 2nd driver--
name removed--
What happens if my brother borrows
the car and gets into an accident?

Re: Car rental
depends on several things, but likely the rental car company's insurance will deny the claim and you and your brother will be personally responsible for any damages, lost rental, injuries, etc.
