Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Car repairs
I had my car repaired at a local transmission shop and was given a 6 month warranty. I had to take my car back within 14 days because the original problem had not been resolved. I have since taken the car back and now have to take the car back a third time. How many times must I continue to take the car back or can I sue them for failing to do the job correctly?

Re: Car repairs
There is no easy answer to this. It depends on the facts; what the problem was, what the problem is and why it isn't or can't be repaired. Ask the repair shop and get some answers about what is going on here.
