Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
car sales
How can you get out of a car sales contract if the dealership will not take the car back? When the financing agency is contacted, the is no active loan. We do not need the car nor ca we make the payments on it.

Re: car sales
This sounds very strange. You're implying that the dealer gave you the car without ensuring that you had a loan to cover the cost. I would think that the dealer would want the car back but maybe you got a used car, in which case the contract you signed will clarify your rights.
