car salesman broken words
can you sue a car salesman in a court of law broken words that cost me moneyand fanancial problems?

There is no way to answer this question without more details. Generally, "talk" before a sale is very hard to sue on, particularly when it is followed up with a written contract (which will typically say that there are no oral promises being relied on).
