Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
IF a car is sold "As Is" in the state of Florida, is the seller required to disclose problems with the vehicle. (Especially if asked if there are any problems with them and the seller said they reviewed the car before they sold them).

Generally an "as is" sale negates any warranties. However, if the seller was dishonest about a disclosure for which they were directly asked they may have committed fraud. Also depending on the nature of the conversation the seller could have created a warranty. You will probably need a consultation with an attorney in order to get an informed legal opinion.
