Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Car Tag
I purchased a New Car from a car dealership and they have been unable to get the Tag for the Car. They are stating they ''Lost'' the MSO (MRO??) and have requested the Manufacture provide them with a copy. They send me a temp tag every month. This has been going on since March. Obviously this can go on forever so what options do I have as a consumer? I do not want a car that can not be legally tagged. They are offering to send me a Dealer Tag to use. How does a Dealer Tag affect my insurance? I am at a loss as to what to do or what the legal ramifications are if I have an accident etc.... Please advise

Re: Car Tag
Just keep on them. The temporary tage does not affect your ability to get insurance.
