Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Car tags

I was told my tags would be shiped to me and that I owed nothing else. 2 weeks after my temp tag expired the dealership says I owe 311.18 before they send me the tags. I feel like i was lied to and don,t feel I owe this money but I can,t drive my new car with out the tags. Do I have any rights.

Re: Car tags

Were you told or is it in writing? If you were only told you are out of luck.
