Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Used Car wreck not disclosed
I traded in my car for another at a dealership. I asked if their car was in an accident and they told me no. Two days later my Carfax report states the car was in a wreck. I have returned the car, notified the dealership that I want my car back and they are resisting. What can I do? They lied and acted in bad faith.

You can send a lawyer letter to them. If they dont comply you can probably sue them for fraud and other legal causes of action. Feel free to call me if you wish to discuss this matter further. Thanks.
