Cell Phone over charges and change of plan w/o consent
I'm in the military and I went TDY to Germany for 2 mos and ask Alltel Wireless Cell Phone Company if they could stop my service while I was gone they said yes and I wouldn't be billed while out of the country. I come home early (3 weeks) and found I owed them 214.00 for 5 weeks of service. I contacted them and to my suprize they took me off the 39.95 per mo. plan I was on that included 100 anytime 300 peck mins and unlimited nights and weekends and put me on there military plan that had 50 anytime mins. and that's all it had. He also back dated the plan to the start of the month that month and included all the calls I had made for the whole month one call was 48 mins. I didn't agree to this he never told me he was changing my plan. So I ask them to change me back to the old plan they said they couldn't they don't have that plan anymore. This forced me to obtain service with another carry as they were charging me .99 per min with every call I made. They also sign me up for another year without my consent. I had been with them for 3 years and 5 months. They say I owe them 714.00 now. Can you help?

Re: Cell Phone over charges and change of plan w/o consent
Usually a phone company cannot bill your for services you did not order. I would have to see the relevant documents from All-Tell and any contracts you may have signed with them. Feel free to call me if you need further assistance or guidance.
