Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Charging for my wasted time
I made an appointment to see a doctor recently. The appointment was confirmed the day before the actual appointment for 10:00 the following day. I arrived at 08:50. By 10:30 the doctor had not kept the appointment. There was no suggestion from the staff for any reason for the delay. I left at 10:30. Had I not kept the appointment, the doctor would have charged me for wasted time. As I value my time just as important as the doctors, am I entitled to raise an invoice against the doctor for my wasted time?

Re: Charging for my wasted time
Although I think it's a great idea the answer is no. Find another doctor who has a watch.
