Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Cheated by Big Car Dealership
I purchased a one year old car from a big car dealership in the Gables. It still had a full warranty, it looked brand new. Being that it was a so called large established dealership I did not have it checked out by my mechanic. I just took it to my mechanic to have the first car service on it and I was told that this car had been a salt water flooded car. This was NOT disclosed. I even asked for a car fax and it did not show it. I undestant now that this car was purchased by the car dealership at auction. The dealer had to know upon purchasing said car at auction what had happened and never disclosed it to me. What can I do, and what are my rights?
Could this effect my factory warranty ?
