Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Class action Suit

My wife and I purchased three phone card machines from Global Accesss Group, Inc. of Boca Raton, Fl. for $10,350 in May of 2000. This was a total SCAM! There at least 12 names with the BBB of Florida with claims against this company. The company dissolved on 9-21-01 with registed agent as Barry Waterfield and Michael Forbes, Sales Exec.

and Phil Davis, Sales and the attorney for the company was Carl Schmitt, Esquire, 1366 N. Bay Cswy,North Bay Village, Fl. 33141, phone 305-861-7074. Can this become a class action suit against anyone of the above named individuals, approximately claims is $275,000. We do have the names and addresses from BBB in Florida that have filed claims. Can anyone help us in this matter? Thank You!
