Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
College problems
I applied for, and was told I got a grant to cover my advanced degree. I am taking my classes online. Into my 2nd class I was told I have a LOAN, not a grant. The admin. person and I had several emailed conversations about my GRANT and that I was awarded a full amount. I am waiting for the college director to call me. I am not sure what they are going to offer, I would guess they will let me finish my current clas and drop me. I want to know what my recourse is. I simply want to finish my schooling.

An attorney won't know your rights until they have read your contracts with the school. My firm focuses on Internet, media and entertainment law.
