a company refuses to issue refund for returned item
UK- based company got a defective item back for a refund, guaranteed by their website. They protract the time, exchange emails - no refund posted. How can I get my money back, how to sue them for it? I am in Florida, got the item through internet

Forcing a foreign company to refund money ius extremely difficult and almost always not worth the cost and effort. You need to follow international treaties to even sue the company. You may not even have jurisdiction in Florida and may need to sue in England. It canb get very expensive very fast.
