Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Computer guy wont take back parts and give refund.
I recently bought some memory from a computer repair store. When i put the memory in my computer crashed.I took it to the store i bought it from and the owner said he sold me bad memory and told me i needed a new hard drive. So i told him to put the hard drive in,It doent work either. Now he says that I broke the memory and that its not his fault my computer crashed. Then I find out he kept all my old memory cards that were in my computer and my phone modem. So I tell him just to put all my old stuff back in my computer and give me a refund since his hard drive he sold me didnt work.He says he worked to hard on it and wont take the stuff back and give me a refund. Its only a hundred dollars, but im trying to start a new business and i need a computer and all the money i can get right now.Is there anything i can do in this situation? Please help.

Your best bet is to sue in small claims court. The economic dynamics hardly justify the fees to counsel.
