Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Consumer Law
I bought a car yesterday. It was advertised to have a certain mileage and that same mileage is stated all over the paperwork. However, when we drove home, we found it to have @10,000 more miles than stated. What is my recourse?

You didn't notice or check before driving away!? Take a picture of the odometer with a date stampo. Take it back and complain. See what is in your contract and if the mileage is as represented there. You signed something agreeing to the mileage when you bought the car. What did that say?
