Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Consumer Question
If I drop off an item for repair, is it the responsibility of the establishment I'm dropping it with to give me a receipt for the item or is it my responsibility to REQUIRE a receipt be given to me to show that they in fact have posession of my item?

There is no requirement that they give you a receipt.
