Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Consumer's Right to Own Phone Bill
I want to get my own phone bill from srint/nextel for january 2006. They said I need a subpoena. It seems like I should have a right to my own telephone information. Do I have any rights to my own telephone information?

Re: Consumer's Right to Own Phone Bill
You write that it is your bill, but it appears that your are not the owner because you are not paying the bill directly. If you were, you should have access to it online I believe.
