Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I need help. I need to know how all I can contact, other then an Attorney. We took our RV in to have it checked out cause we are new RVers and we wanted to make sure it was road ready. We knew it had some problem and informed the repair shop of them, 11 day's later we went to pick up our RV and paid cash We got across the street and started noticing problem's. Problems we didn't have prior to the repair work. No inside light, step. We call the shop and was told he would take a look at it when in came to put the gas line on the refrigerator and generator. Well we hit 35 miles an hour going home and we almost lost contol of the RV because it stated to shake so baddly. We had to pull over and again we called the repair shop. He told us it looked like we had a front-end problem. But the man we bought it from came over 50 miles down the interstate and had no problem. We took it on the interstate 2 days before the repair shop got it and it drove great no shaking at all. The repair shop had forgotten to give us a receipt so I call and ask the repair tech to bring it when he came to finish the work. I was told I couldn't have a receipt because we had not paid taxes. I informed he to bring the receipt and I would pay the taxes, I had to have something to show what work he was to have done and that we paid in cash. Needless to say when he showed up and we started going of what was now going on with our RV9power,front end) he stormed out and still would not give us a receipt or finish the work he had been paid to do. WHAT CAN I DO??? PLEASE. I live on S.S. and I had to sale things out of my home to get the work done, I have nothing left to try and get someone to repair it. Please help.
