contract
someone signed a direct tv contract for an account that was in my name that has a 2 year contract. i was not aware that there was a oblegation for the service due to me not seeing the contract before it was signed by someone that was not authorised by me. what can i do?

It depends on whether the person who signed did or appeared to have authority to sign for you. You will want to consult an attorney to deal with DirectTV; they don't give in easily.

if you did not sign the contract and did not authorize the signature, then it is not a contract that binds you.
