is my contract still valid?
I would like to know if my contract with a security alarm company is still valid. My contract is eight years old. The company's status is ''inactive'' according to the state website. Am I still obligated to this company? THanks....

Is the alarm company still in business and providing service? If so, the contract is probably still valid. It may not be enforceable until the corporate taxes are paid. If you want out, read the contract for termination proceedure
